Make Up Freedom Fighters
Apparently, the hosts of the Today Show caught onto the "Make Up Liberation Movement" and did a "No Make up Monday" gig on this morning's show. I say "apparently" because I didn't learn this from watching the show since regular readers know we don't watch that kinda TV in our household. So, yes, it was in the Daily Mail Online! Boy, these people are brave to go on live national TV like naked because they look...well, so plain and human.
Can you imagine the gray hair revolution catching on?
I must say that even though I'm no fan of the show or any of the anchor persons, I'm so glad they did this. Wouldn't it be amazing if their "No Make Up Monday" thing takes off and becomes something workplaces embrace regularly--like "casual Fridays" or something? Would people even dare? Well, having celebrities do it would be a good start.
Here are other celebrity Make Up Freedom Fighters who deserve a nod for daring to bare their beautiful bright clean faces.
